Mesa is relaunching Sal Grosso’s gourmet salad bar, “con sabor,” taking his unique approach to healthful Latin cuisine to the next level by combining Sal Grosso’s traditional Churrasco approach with modern ingredients and inventive flair.
Among many new features; the fennel jicama salad, an explosion of flavors and textures with diced fennel and jicama, granny smith apples, candied walnuts, crumbled bleu cheese all tossed in an apple cider vinaigrette, as well as traditional spring rolls with cucumbers, carrots, and crab mixed in a ginger orange teriyaki sauce.
